So let me help you to change your view regarding Ampalaya..
I want to share with you my Ampalaya recipe that makes you enjoy eating this kind of dish, and I'm sure you will not end your day without trying this recipe.
Ingredients:
-garlic
-onion
-tomatoes
-cooking oil
-ground pork
-Ampalaya
-salt
-eggs
-black pepper
-You could also use any form of seasdoning like (Aji Ginisa/ MAjic sarap/ Real sarap)
Preparation:
-prepare your ingredients
-sllice the garlc, onion and tomatoes
-slice your amplaya in thin slices( the more you slice it thinner the more its bitter taste will lessen but its nutrients remain)
How It cooks?
1. put your cooking oil in the hot pan
2, when it is already hot, saute your garlic, onion, and tomatoes.( do not overcooked those ingredients)
3. Add your ground pork and season it with your salt and pepper or any form of seasoning. Let it cook for a while.
4. Then add your Ampalaya (Do not overcook because it will lessen the nutrient content of your ampalaya)
5. turn off first your stove before you add your eggs. Mix it together and serve it.
