ITALIAN BEEF SPAGHETTI

Let me help you on how to cook this kind of spaghetti in simple and easy way at your home…

Ingredients:

· Ground Beef

· Spaghetti noodles

· Tomato sauce

· Tomato paste

· Hotdog

· Cheese

· Butter/ any oil

· Soy sauce

· Garlic

· White Onion

· Black pepper

· Ground nutmeg

· Basil leaves

How to cook this:

1. Put your spaghetti noodles in boiling water. Put a little bit of oil (para hindi dumikit ang noodles sa pan). If the noodles are smooth already, get it from boiling water and set it aside.

2. In a big pan, put a little bit of oil or a butter (much better if you put it together)

3. Then sauté your garlic and onion. If it is slightly brown in color add your ground beef.

4. Add water and soy sauce and let it simmer until it slightly cooks.

5. If it is slightly cook, you can now put your tomato sauce together with your tomato paste.

6. Let it simmer, and while it’s boiling , add your hotdog, cheese, season it with your black pepper, ground nutmeg, basil leaves and Italian seasoning.

7. When the hotdog is already cooked then that’s it. You’re actually done. Ready for your plating.

8. Put your noodles in a plain plate and then add your sauce under it and grated with cheese.

Now you’re finally done! See how easy to make it? Try this at home and you will find out how easy and delicious it is.

  1. I always admire people who can cook because I can't cook anything except fry stuff. I will try your recipe when I'm no longer traumatized by my last cooking experience... (while making scrambled eggs, a big boiling bubble popped and scarred my wrist...)

  4. the basil I think would really bring out the aroma and the flavor that will make it ITALIAN PASTA. but I was just wondering, if oregano could be used instead of basil or use both oregano and basil because oregano is termed as the pasta herb after all.
